Design of interiors for shops, offices, and storage
1. Two-dimensional (2D) planThis technical drawing includes floor plans and interior elevations. Our plans are very precise. They contain exact dimensions, and are marked with the types of materials used, their thicknesses and colors. Any non-standard components are clearly shown. Clients may, from these drawings, see the exact proportions of the design elements in their space: width of pathways, separation of shelves, heights of tables, counters, etc. |

2. Three-dimensional (3D) line drawingThis technical drawing includes floor plans and interior elevations. |

3. Visualization - 3D renderingThis type of image is the most realistic representation of the finished design, but it does not include within the image itself the dimensions or descriptions of materials used, and construction details of particular components are not drawn with architectural precision. This image cannot be used for production; it is also necessary to make a technical plan that can be changed to reflect any adjustments of dimensions and thicknesses the client may need. In our visualizations, we create an image that shows as closely as possible what the finished project will look like. We use the actual paint and finish colours and floor coverings (from samples or digital photos) and the actual shopfitting systems, furniture and accessories (from catalogues or photos), whether they are already in the current space or will be new for the project. By using all the actual colours, textures and furnishings, the image provides the client with a highly accurate view of the finished project. The time required for planning and rendering this type of image is, of course, much longer than for line drawings. |
